LZ126 Los Angeles
The Zeppelin LZ 126 was the first passenger airship to be used for long distance flights. It took only 81 hours to fly from Friedrichshafen to New York in 1924, which was an absolute speed record for the time. We have dedicated our new watch series, the LZ 126, to this great event, as it encapsulates both technical skill and stylish elegance – just like its namesake.
With its carefully crafted, polished stainless steel case, the Zeppelin Los Angeles 7624-1 safely preserves its intrinsic value. Underneath the slightly arched crystal glass is a crisp white dial, a red and blue outer tachymeter scale, hands and hour numbers, a date field at half past two and two totalizers for second and minute on three and nine. This includes the Seiko NE88 chronograph movement with start-stop function and seconds.
