Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. There are strictly no refunds and returns, so do make your purchase decisions carefully!
Please note the following exceptions to our Exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Wrapped items must not be unwrapped.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Watches intended for exchange must be of the same value, or lower.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
International customers, do be informed of the following:
Any return shipping duties and/or taxes charged to Red Army Watches Malaysia will be deducted from the total exchangeable value.
You will be responsible for all duties and/or taxes for any exchanges.
To initiate an Exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Drop us an e-mail using the e-mail address you keyed in during the purchase, and quote the Order Number.
- Kindly provide details on the reason for your return. In the case of an exchange, Do let us know the intended watch you wish to exchange for.
Additional Information:
- Your Exchange may take up to 30 days to process from receipt of your returned purchase to our store.
- Replacement items in exchange are subject to availability.
- When shipping back to us, you will have to bear the return shipping fees.
- For defective watches, it may take up to 90 days from the receipt of the watch to rectify the issue.

58000 KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
