STURMANSKIE OPEN SPACE NE88/1855992 CHRONOGRAPH AUTOMATIC
Description
History is written by those who can overcome fear and reach beyond the boundaries of what’s possible for the sake of great discoveries. It is for such people that we have created our limited edition Open Space Chronograph Automatic watch collection. The prototype for the entire product line is cosmonaut Alexei Leonov’s watch he was wearing during his spacewalk, the first such endeavor in the history of humanity. A striking chronograph equipped with a tachymeter and stopwatch, as well as a calendar disc. The beige watch face is covered by a durable spherical sapphire crystal with an anti-reflection coating. The indices and hands are luminous. The steel case has a transparent back cover. The brown leather strap with a soft lining and a standard buckle does not chafe the skin, and is easily adjusted to fit the wrist. The Japanese self-winding Seiko NE88 movement has a large power reserve to last 42 hours.

ABOUT STURMANSKIE
Founded in 1949, Sturmanskie was originally produced exclusively for the Soviet military and aviation forces. Built for precision under extreme conditions, the brand became historically significant when it accompanied humanity’s first journey into space.
Today, Sturmanskie continues to draw from that legacy — creating timepieces inspired by exploration, engineering, and new frontiers, reinterpreted for modern collectors.
