Created as a tribute to the Year of the Horse, this special edition from CIGA Design embodies motion, ambition, and the relentless pursuit of progress — values long associated with the horse in Eastern culture.
At the heart of the dial, two free-floating diamond pointers guide the hour and minute. Liberated from conventional constraints, they glide between square indices, transforming the passage of time into a visual rhythm — fluid, poetic, and expressive. When the pointers align, it marks a moment of convergence, symbolising opportunity, good fortune, and forward movement.
Driving this display is a central tourbillon movement, positioned as the visual and mechanical core of the watch. More than a feat of precision engineering, the tourbillon introduces constant motion into the design, reinforcing the philosophy that time is never static — it runs, evolves, and advances.
At six o’clock, a gold horse inlay is delicately carved into the dial. Rendered in brilliant gold, its minimalist silhouette carries deep symbolism: success through perseverance, momentum through discipline, and prosperity through action. The horse stands not as decoration, but as intention.
Completing the piece is a horse leather strap, selected for its refined grain and satin-like smoothness. Soft to the touch yet inherently durable, the strap develops a natural lustre over time, enhancing both comfort and character with wear — a reflection of the watch’s high-end collectible nature.

The sculpted 24K gilded horse stands at six o'clock, anchoring the visual center of the dial.
Traditional Chinese line engraving draws from Clerical script, shaping the horse in a vivid, dynamic form. Diamonds trace the passage of time as floating hands, uniting precise timekeeping with elevated value.Through the contrast of moving diamonds and a steadfast gilded horse, a vivid scene of Set in Motion takes shape,holding shared expectations close, worn on the wrist.
TRACING TIME IN DIAMONDS
The dual diamonds are realized through asuspended display, defining hours and minutes as they glide along circular paths across the dial. As the faceted diamonds move, motion itself traces time, turning timekeeping into a visual expression of value and flow. In contrast to the steadfast gilded horse at six o’clock, motion and stillness come into balance, expressing the idea of Set in Motion, where fortune begins to turn.
GILDED HORSE IN POISE
Drawing from the strokes of traditional Chinese Clerical Script, the gilded 24K horse form is sculpted with refined lines and placed as the visual focal point at six o’clock, balancing the dial’s visual center. It stands as a tangible expression of the Horse Year, Set in Motion within the timepiece.
