This model’s design is austere but not boring. It will immediately catch your eye. The functional and comfortable black leather strap matches the navy-blue dial under the acrylic crystal and the shiny steel case. The contrasting hands and numbers on the 24-hour dial are perfectly legible in any light. The watch face also displays the date. The watch is equipped with a mechanical Vostok 2416 calibre with automatic winding. It lasts for 31 hours when fully wound.
ABOUT STURMANSKIE
The Russians were the first to explore space on 12 April 1961 when cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin, orbited the Earth in his Vostok-1 for one hour and forty-eight minutes. On his wrist, he wore a Sturmanskie watch, the first special timepiece in the world designed and manufactured to go in to space.
Withstanding the severe conditions of zero gravity, strong accelerations, unpredictable vibrations, and varying temperatures, Sturmanskie was the first brand to make astronomical feats in the watch world.
