Behrens "The Dark Knight" – A Horological Tribute to Batman's Legacy

In celebration of Batman's 85th anniversary, Behrens Watches introduces "The Dark Knight," a limited-edition timepiece that masterfully blends horological excellence with iconic design elements inspired by the legendary caped crusader.

Design and Craftsmanship

Encased in a sleek 38mm titanium case with a thickness of 8.9mm, "The Dark Knight" offers a delicate, lightweight, and comfortable wear. The full skeleton design showcases the in-house developed manual wind tourbillon movement, Cal.BM05, allowing enthusiasts to admire the intricate mechanical aesthetics. The free-sprung tourbillon prominently features the Batman logo, seamlessly integrating the character's emblem into the watch's mechanics.

Unique Features

  • Day/Night Indicator: Positioned at 9 o'clock, this display alternates between "BW" (initials of Bruce Wayne) and the Batman logo, symbolizing the duality of the character.

  • Power Reserve Display: Located at 2 o'clock, it provides a clear view of the watch's energy status, ensuring it's always ready for action.

  • Date Function: A discreet date window at 6 o'clock features the number "27" highlighted to commemorate Batman's debut in "Detective Comics" Issue 27.

Comfort and Convenience

The watch comes with a fluoroelastomer strap equipped with an upgraded quick-release mechanism, allowing for smooth and easy removal. The clasp is adorned with the Batman logo, adding a touch of iconic flair to the overall design.

Presentation

Each timepiece is presented in an exclusive metal watch box inspired by the Bat-Signal searchlight from the Batman films, recreating the classic scene and enhancing the unboxing experience.
